Terms &
Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZelMora website, including browsing products, creating an account, placing orders, making payments and using related customer services.
By accessing or using ZelMora, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use of the website. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping, Return and Refund & Cancellation Policies.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Zelmora Sales And Distribution Private Limited in relation to your use of the ZelMora website and services.
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order or use website features that require acceptance of these Terms.
Eligibility to use the website
You should use transactional features of the website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
If you are using the website on behalf of another person, organisation or entity, you represent that you have the authority required to act on their behalf.
Where a transaction involving a minor requires the involvement or consent of a parent or lawful guardian, the relevant legal requirements must be followed.
Accounts & login information
Certain website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, passcode or other login credentials.
- Keep account and contact information reasonably accurate and current.
- Do not knowingly allow unauthorised persons to use your credentials.
- Notify us if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without permission.
- Do not create accounts using false identities or information belonging to another person without authority.
Products & availability
ZelMora offers women’s fashion products, including sarees and kurta sets displayed through our online catalogue.
Product availability may change without notice. Adding an item to your cart or wishlist does not reserve that item or guarantee availability.
We may update product descriptions, availability, specifications, variations, sizes or other catalogue information where reasonably necessary.
In uncommon circumstances, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. Where we cannot fulfil an affected item, we will take appropriate steps regarding the order and any applicable payment.
Prices, discounts & taxes
Product prices displayed on the website may change from time to time before an order is placed.
The price applicable to an order will ordinarily be the price presented during checkout at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors as permitted by law.
Taxes, shipping fees or other applicable charges may be displayed separately or included in the total, depending on the nature of the transaction and website configuration.
Discounts & promotional offers
Discount codes, promotional prices or other offers may be subject to additional conditions such as validity periods, eligible products, minimum order values or usage limits.
Placing & accepting an order
When you submit an order, you make a request to purchase the selected products using the information and payment method provided during checkout.
Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that every aspect of the order has been finally accepted or fulfilled.
An order may be subject to product availability, payment verification, fraud or risk checks, address validation and other reasonably necessary processing.
We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process the order.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary
- The item is unavailable.
- Payment has failed or cannot be verified.
- The order information appears materially incomplete or incorrect.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unauthorised transaction.
- A genuine pricing or technical error prevents proper fulfilment.
- Fulfilment would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Payment terms
Available payment options are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the order, customer, device, payment provider or website configuration.
Electronic payments may be processed by independent payment gateways, banks, UPI providers or other financial service providers.
When using an external payment provider, you may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms, security controls and privacy practices.
An amount being debited from a customer account does not by itself establish a successfully confirmed order if the payment provider or our system has not received successful transaction confirmation. Such cases may require payment reconciliation.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including a reachable mobile number where required for delivery.
Estimated dispatch and delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, destination, weather, public holidays, operational disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please review our Shipping Policy for the applicable shipping and delivery terms.
Order cancellation
Customer cancellation requests are subject to the stage of order processing and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Once an order has entered a stage where cancellation is no longer operationally possible, the customer may need to follow any applicable return process after delivery.
Nothing in this section restricts any statutory consumer right that applies regardless of our internal policy.
Returns, replacements & refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the relevant policy published on the website and applicable consumer law.
Eligibility may depend on factors including the product, reason for return, product condition, tags, packaging and the period within which the request is made.
Images, colours & product information
We aim to present product photographs and descriptions as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen calibration, device settings, lighting during photography and other display conditions.
For textile products, minor variations in colour, placement of patterns, weaving, embroidery or finishing may sometimes occur where such variation is inherent to the nature or production of the product.
A material difference affecting the product remains subject to applicable return, replacement and consumer rights.

In particular, you must not knowingly:

Access to the website does not transfer ownership of any such intellectual property to you.
You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. Commercial reproduction, distribution or exploitation of protected material requires appropriate authorisation unless permitted by law.
Reviews, feedback & submitted content
Where the website allows reviews, feedback or other customer-submitted content, you are responsible for the content you submit.
Submitted content must not knowingly contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, infringing, fraudulent or misleading material.
We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary for legal, security, moderation or website-integrity purposes.
Service & promotional communications
We may send communications necessary to operate the customer relationship, such as order confirmations, payment updates, shipping notifications, support responses or policy notices.
Promotional communications may be sent where permitted by applicable law and according to the preferences or consent mechanisms available to you.
Personal information
Our processing of personal information is described in the ZelMora Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we may collect, why information is processed, when data may be shared with service providers and the privacy choices available to customers.
Please read the ZelMora Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
Third-party services
Our website may interact with third-party providers such as payment gateways, logistics companies, analytics providers or other technology services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for independent services or websites operated entirely by third parties, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website availability & maintenance
We aim to keep the website reasonably available and functional, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical issues, hosting interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may change, improve, remove or replace website features where reasonably necessary.
Liability & consumer protections
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to such rights, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, customer-provided inaccurate information, unauthorised use of customer credentials or independent failures of services outside our control.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms should not be interpreted as reducing mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable Indian consumer law.
Events outside reasonable control
Performance may be delayed or affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, public emergencies, governmental restrictions, major network outages, strikes or comparable events.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to manage the impact and communicate where appropriate.
Restricting website access
We may reasonably restrict or suspend access to an account or website functionality where necessary to protect security, prevent fraud, address material misuse or comply with legal obligations.
Such action will be proportionate to the circumstances where reasonably practicable and does not remove any existing consumer right relating to a valid transaction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, business practices, technology, services or applicable law.
The current version will be published on this page and identified by the “Last Updated” date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued to a customer where such rights cannot lawfully be altered.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Where a dispute arises, the parties may first attempt to resolve it through appropriate customer-support or grievance channels.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction and other rights available under applicable law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought before courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Nothing in this jurisdiction clause is intended to prevent a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, authority or other forum where applicable law permits them to do so.
